Mindy Carlisle, M.Ed.
Mindy is an L.D. Specialist and is employed at New Hampshire Technical Institute as a Disabilities Services Specialist. She completed her B.S. degree in Elementary Education and in Special Education in 1976. She earned her M.Ed. in School Guidance and in Counseling and Psychotherapy in 1993. In 2001 she received her certification as a Learning Disabilities Specialist. At present, Mindy holds N.H. certifications in Elementary Education, General Special Education, Mental Retardation, Learning Disabilities, and School Guidance. Mindy earned her Level 1 certification in the Wilson Reading System® in 1999. She has also completed training in Wilson Reading System® Level 2 Advanced Strategies Instruction.
Mindy has worked in the field of special education since 1978. She has worked in both public and private settings and has held a number of positions, including case manager, resource room teacher, inclusion facilitator, and teacher for multihandicapped students. Mindy worked with students in elementary and middle school settings until 2005. Since then she has continued to utilize her years of teaching experience as a tutor in the area of reading.

Sarah Barnewall, M. ED.
Sarah is a Master Level Special Educator who holds a K-8 NH Teacher Certification. She is certified as a Level 1 Wilson Reading System® Instructor, and is currently training for her Wilson Reading System® Level 2 Certification. Sarah has training in several research based multisensory reading programs such as LANGUAGE! additionally she is well versed in the 6-Traits Writing Model.
Sarah has instructed and case-managed students as a resource room teacher at both the elementary and middle school level in the areas of reading, writing, math and organization. Sarah is currently in her fourth year as a case manager and special educator of middle school students with learning disabilities and behavioral challenges. Her role has recently extended to that of an Interventionist Teacher using the LANGUAGE! program for middle school students who are not identified through the special education process but need research based instruction in language arts.
Sarah's experience with multisensory reading approaches has lead her to tutoring in the areas of reading and written language.
Christine Blais M.Ed
Christine has worked in grade levels ranging from K-12. Currently, she is teaching Kindergarten and Kindergarten plus, a half day tier two intervention in the areas of reading and math where Wilson Fundations® is implemented on a daily basis.
Over the past few years, Christine has successfully developed and implemented intensive intervention programs for K-12 schools. As a trained and certified Level 1 Wilson Reading System® instructor, Christine has been able to implement systematic and explicit instruction to students within the public school.
Christine is dual certified and Highly Qualified in Special Education as well as Elementary Education. She has experience working at the middle school and high school level with students who have learning disabilities and are emotionally and behaviorally challenged.
These experiences have enriched her knowledge of education and diversity and enhanced her ability to confidently develop and implement research based literacy intervention programs that differentiate instruction based on student need. Christine is passionate about the importance of providing daily, systematic instruction for students directly related to their deficiencies.
